The Residential Siding Contractors Association of Greater Metropolitan Toronto (RSCA) is a Not For Profit Trade Association formed in 1990. The RSCA was established to act on matters that relate to its members’ interests.

The RSCA provides its members with information in connection with labour relations within the industry, including matters related to labour/management (union) concerns, safety, training, government legislation, compensation, benefit trust funds, technical and trade specific issues.

The RSCA also provides negotiation and collective bargaining of the Collective Agreement to which its members are signatory to. The RSCA is the management liaison for the Collective Agreement.
